Vellora does not connect to your inbox or send messages automatically. You choose the message, note, formula, check-in, conversation, or file used in a supported workflow.
Security and data controls
Know what you provide, what is processed, and what stays under your control.
These controls describe the current Vellora website. They are intended to make the workflow clear without overstating certifications, encryption, or professional guarantees.
Saving is a separate decision
Profiles and approved memory are stored when you use a save action. Generated output remains a draft until you decide what to use or save.
AI processing is requested
When you request a generation, the selected task context is sent through Vellora's server-side route to its configured AI provider, OpenAI, to produce the result.
Workspace access is authenticated
Saved workspace records are not public. Supabase user-owned access rules separate records by the signed-in account. Server-only provider keys are not exposed in browser code.
Public analytics stay separate
Microsoft Clarity is limited to public marketing and legal-information pages and is not loaded on authenticated workspace routes. Site analytics and performance signals are separate from relationship memory records.
Export and deletion controls
Settings provides a JSON workspace export and an account deletion request control. Deletion requests are recorded for review before account data is removed. Stripe manages payment details and invoices.
Professional judgment stays with the user.
Adult Creator Studio remains consent-aware, bounded, and text-first. Hairstylist formula records must be verified by the stylist. Trainer outputs must be reviewed by the trainer and do not replace medical advice.
Vellora does not claim end-to-end encryption, HIPAA compliance, or legal, medical, chemical, fitness, platform, or payment guarantees. Submit only the context needed for the task and only information you are authorized to store.
